Morra Aarons-Mele has lived with and researched anxiety; in this excerpt from our full interview, she explains the anxiety spectrum. It can range from being debilitating to being beneficial by motivating us! One reason many CEOs want staff back in the office full time: they claim remote work is less productive. But the hard data shows that simply isn't the case. As Dr. Gleb Tsipursky points out, part of the CEOs' disconnect is that leaders often don't understand the nature of work. He explains more in this excerpt from our interview with him. You can listen to the complete discussion -- which includes the well-being benefits of remote work -- as a podcast on Podbean at https://bit.ly/BeWell-Pod , or here on YouTube in our podcast playlist (look for "Remote Work and Mental Well-Being").

Kvon Tucker trained leaders at hugely successful high tech giants, including Netflix and Amazon. And he discovered one key secret behind their way-above average hit rate on new initiatives: writing. When something stumbles, they'll do a root cause analysis, asking the Five Whys to burrow down to figure out what went wrong. But they take it further; the people on the project write -- they hit the keyboard and write their thoughts, observations, opinions, and analysis. Then they distribute those writings so others can learn from it, increasing the chances their project will succeed. Kvon explains more in this video. For more, listen to our complete interview.
